What we collect
Part 107 Drills does not require accounts, sign-ups or any personal information. Practice answers and results are processed in your browser and are never transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
Your mock-test history — the score, which areas were weak, and the ACS codes you missed — is kept in your own browser’s local storage so that a page can show you your last few runs. It stays on your device, it is readable only by this site in that browser, and the button next to it deletes it. Clearing your browser’s site data has the same effect.
What we could not collect even if we wanted to
This site has no connection to the Federal Aviation Administration, to PSI Services, to any knowledge testing centre, or to any certification process. We do not know whether you sit the test, we cannot see your result, and nothing you do here is reported to anyone. Practising here is invisible to the agency and to any examiner.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served through a content delivery network, which processes standard technical data — IP address, user agent, requested pages — to deliver the site securely and mitigate abuse. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Analytics
We use privacy-preserving web analytics to see which pages are read and whether the site is fast enough. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other sites. What it records is aggregate — page URL, referring site, country, device type and page-load measurements — with no identifier that would let us pick out an individual visit.
We do not run advertising, and no advertising cookies are in use. If that changes, this page will be updated to name the provider and describe your choices, including any consent mechanism required in your region.
If you buy a licence
Buying does not create an account here, and it does not tell us who you are. The payment is taken by Creem, our merchant of record, on its own pages: Creem collects your email address and payment details in order to charge the card, remit the tax and send your receipt, and it handles that information under its own privacy policy. Card details never reach this site.
What arrives back here is a licence key. It is kept in your browser’s local storage next to your results, and it is sent to Creem — and nowhere else — when it is activated and when it is re-checked, at most once a day, so that a refunded key stops working. We do not store the key, your email address or anything else on a server of ours, because this site has no database to store it in.
If you want your purchase record erased, that is a request to Creem, since it is the party that holds it. Write to support@part107drills.com and we will point you at the right place — or refund you, which within 14 days needs no reason at all.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to the FAA’s own regulations, advisory circulars and handbooks so that you can check our figures against the original. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Children
This site is practice material for people preparing for an FAA knowledge test, which may be taken from the age of 14. It is not directed to younger children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not have your address.
